If the Examination Fee is not paid by the closing date then the Late Application Fee is payable in addition to the Examination Fee. See Rules in Fee Structure.
If the Cancellation Fee is not paid then the Examination Fee is forfeit. See Rules in Fee Structure.

Refund Policy
A full refund of UK exam fee can be granted if requested 3 months prior to the exam date.
A full refund of Overseas exam fee can be granted if requested 6 months prior to the exam date.
No refund will be made if a candidate fails any examination or module, or does not attend the examination on the appointed day, unless the Registrar has received an acceptable explanation in writing within 7 days of the date of the examination.
After the application deadline date has passed, for all examinations in the UK the payment of the Cancellation Fee of £100 will allow the Examination Fee to be reapplied to the next set of examinations only, if paid at least 7 days in advance of the start date of the examination session from which the candidate wishes to withdraw. If the Cancellation Fee is not paid then the Examination Fee will be forfeited.
Examination fees for both UK and Overseas examinations must be paid by the published deadline date. Thereafter the Late Fee of £100 must be paid in addition for exam registration.
