Associated examination administration or learner fees
Please note, all fees are for examinations to be taken in the 2025 calendar year and are net of VAT or taxes paid locally. Examination fees for UK and Overseas examinations must be paid by the published deadline date. Thereafter the Late Fee of £100 must be paid in addition for exam registration.
Verification Request Fee
If you would like to request verification of your WCF award e.g. a confirmation letter, certificate photocopy, copy of your results, then a fee is payable. Contact the Senior Registrar to agree the details of your request first.

Late Application Fee
If the Examination Fee is not paid by the closing date then the Late Application Fee is payable in addition to the Examination Fee. Please contact the Senior Registrar for the Rules in Fee Structure.

Cancellation Fee
If the Cancellation Fee is not paid then the Examination Fee is forfeit. Please contact the Senior Registrar for the Rules in Fee Structure.
