Refund Policy
To cancel a place on a CPD event, you must email the Craft Secretary: craftsecretary@wcf.org.uk
| Time of cancellation before the event start date | Refund |

| More than 30 days | Full, minus 10% administration fee |
| 14 to 30 days | 50% Refund |
| Less than 14 days | No refund |
No refund will be made for non-attendance. Places are non-transferable to other events. However the Company will accept name changes for attendees. Please inform us at least 72 hours before the start date at craftsecretary@wcf.org.uk.
