The examiners will complete an Examination Report Form for each candidate. Using this information, the Company will notify each candidate of the result of the examination normally within a period of not more than 7 days following the completion of the examination session. Within the same period, the Company will also forward the summary examination results to the Farriers Registration Council and, if appropriate, to the Farriery Training Agency. The Examination Report Form is at Appendix 12 (examiner's manual).

When writing to the candidates individually, the Registrar will give him/her the result and the grades achieved in both parts of the examination. The candidate will also be informed of the comments written by Examiners on the Candidate’s Examination Report Form.
